Following are general terms and conditions for users visiting this website

 

1. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections.

2.  www.upayan.in is registered as “Upayan”. No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, downloaded, uploaded or in any other manner for commercial use or otherwise without the written permission of the Upayan. Violation of this condition is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company and will attract legal action as per existing laws of the Government of India.

3.  While company will take all possible measures to ensure best quality of product and print to the customer, it does not provide any warranty of the products after delivery.

4.  In case of return of undamaged orders, customer needs to arrange to send the product to Upayan address. Upon receiving the product only, refund will issued. No return will be allowed for personalized gifts once delivered successfully. For detailed return policy, guidelines are available here.

5.  Deliveries are done with third party logistics and any dispute related to delivery e.g. miscommunication, improper behaviour of delivery staffs etc. will need to be directly addressed to the logistic provider, Upayan will not be liable for any such misconduct or conflicts

6. For Personalized gifts’ orders, final image will be shared with customer and only after confirmation printing will be done. Once printed, no change will be entertained. The print and image design may have difference in colour shading depending on different factors like, type of devices, brightness of the device screen etc where preview was done.  Upayan does not guarantee a perfect match with design color scheme with the print.

7. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate.  In specific cases fully at the discretion of Upayan team, refund/ alternate product will issued in case customer complains of a mismatch based on product specifications

8. Upayan will not be responsible for an delays in refund or payments due to payment gateway failures or technical failures

9. From time to time, website contents will be modified, changed, Prices may also vary for the same product time to time depending on raw material cost and other market factors.

10. If the user has any questions, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he/she should seek clarifications from us through email upayan01@gmail.com and should wait for a written clarification before making any purchase

The user of IGP is presumed to have read all the terms and conditions herein and FAQ and is deemed to have agreed, understood, and accepted unconditionally all the terms, conditions, procedures and risks of using the services and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them. In event of any disputes between the parties in connection with any provision, both the parties hereto, shall endeavour to settle dispute amicably. In event Parties fail to settle within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to sole Arbitrator, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All the disputes will subject to the Judiciary of Kolkata Jurisdiction.
