Shipping Policy
Personalized Gifts:
After we receive the order, we will contact customer for Images (or vice versa). Once we receive the images. We will share the final design within 1 day. After we receive the confirmation on the design, we will ship the product within 24 hrs. We are partnered with different logistics companies including India post and deliveries should take place within 2-5 days from the day of shipping.

Non Personalized Gifts: We will Ship within 24 Hrs. Customer should receive within 2-5 days from the shipping date.
Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Personalized Gifts:
Exchange or cancellation will be possible ​only if printing is not done or if the product is received in damage condition. We will need evidence of damage at the time of receipt (this will be required to report to our logistics partners). So, we request our customers to check the product before accepting the delivery. In such cases, customer can either request for an exchange or can cancel the order. In case of cancellation, refund will be done directly from the payment gateway in the original mode of payment and will take upto 7 days. No return will be possible for personalized gifts.
